Nidify Studio received one of the top three overall prizes from Governor Healey in this statewide ADU design competition with over 100 entries. Our proposal—titled “Good Fences, Good Neighbors” as an homage to Frost’s poem—centers on a privacy screen that helps residents of the ADU modulate their level of connection and separation from the residents of the main house on the lot.
